The Tigers Basketball U16 Girls Development Team offers an excellent opportunity for girls in school years 8 and 9 who are on the path to becoming Academy players. This program is tailored for players who show potential but are still developing the skills needed for the Academy level. With a focus on structured training sessions and participation in competitive games, the Development Team emphasises skill enhancement, game knowledge, and physical fitness. The program aims to establish a strong foundation, encouraging discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship, with the goal of preparing players for the advanced level.
